Authorities have carried out searches involving prominent real estate developer Vagif Aliyev.

During the searches, documents related to the operations of his companies were seized.

According to case No. 757/40918/23-K, the shopping malls Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall, and Mandarin Plaza are suspected of tax evasion.

Following the opening of the case, Aliyev re-registered the companies under his younger daughter, Maryna Dorokhina
